Mighty Midgets is an Australian owned and run transport company. It has been in operation for over 10 years and was founded by Barry Bryar who has over 40 years of experience in the transport industry. Mighty Midgets employs professional drivers; 2 that have been with the company almost as long as it has been in operation (Wayne Orr and Rod Bryar)
Your freight is loaded on our Mitsubishi Triton Truck, which has a 10 foot steel tray and tows a 15 foot trailer. The trailer is extendable to 18 feet for longer lengths such as roof trusses. It can carry up to 3 tonne.
Also available is a DROPDECK TRAILER - 11m long (8m bottom deck & 3m top deck). It carries up to 3 tonne and 7 pallets fully gated with tarps. Excellent for overnight and 'bullet' freight.
A CRANE is mounted on the draw bar with a 2 tonne lifting capacity along with stabilizer legs to support heavy loads. In the rear to the trailer a 4 wheel, 2 tonne pallet jack is fitted to allow your pallets to be wheeled in position when required. Various lifting jigs are carried on board to ensure your freight is damage free when delivered.
The Mighty Midgets can carry all sorts of freight like timber packs, rolls of cable, building and construction products. We also cater for office/ shop relocations and closures, pick-up assists/ jockeys, and private house deliveries.
